I was in the market for a Ford F250 Super Duty and by chance happened to look at Woody Anderson Ford's website. I saw a truck that I was interested in and wanted to pursue further. I had been talking with Jason Chicosky the week before and immediately phoned him to ask about the truck. But he did not answer his office number so I tried his cell. He was on travel on his way to Baton Rouge, LA to run in a marathon. He was still willing to work with me using his data phone and coordinating with his supervisor as we worked through details about the price of the truck. We finally worked to the price I was looking for. Since he was out of town over the weekend, he made arrangements for me to see/drive the truck on Saturday to make sure it was what I was looking for. This is where Sally Rochelle came in. She took care of showing me the truck and allowing me to drive it. Then she offered to do the rest so I could take the truck home that day if I wanted to! She assured me Jason would get credit for the deal since he had previously worked the numbers for me. So Sally took care of the rest of the process and I did drive the truck home that day. They were a team helping one another out which impressed me! Both Jason and Sally were very friendly, did not pressure me, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. I had purchased a new car 7 mths prior and had a horrible sales experience involving mis informed on car, price, everything was horrible in that car purchase. Then I went to Woody Anderson in Hughes. There I had a very fast...uncaring...shut down experience and was discouraged. I then thought I would give it one more try and I went to the main Woody Anderson dealer on Jordan Lane in Huntsville. I asked for the Manager which was Don Wessels and from that moment one my luck had changed. I had the warmest welcome, Don introduced me to Jason Chicosky as my sales representative. From that moment on all the people I dealt with listened to me my concerns and what my needs were. I felt like they did everything they could to meet my needs and financial concerns. Even the employees that I did not personally deal with in my purchase were all as nice and welcoming as possible. Both my son and I felt that there was no doubt in our minds, we would come back and make another purchase in the future....and....we would without a doubt recommend this dealer to all our friends and family. All employees involved were well informed, answered all our questions, explained anything we wanted to know about, and we were not afraid to ask questions. It was just a wonderful experience. I talk with Don he then put me with Sally Rochelle "Great listener; we looked at few that I had in mind test drove one of them Sally listen to me as I talked about the Budget and price she ask a few questions and made a suggestion about a F150 and the difference between the Ranger I was looking at; and the over all need for my business I was not looking at giving up anything as far as the Ranger went but I would be able to do all the different task with the F150 it was a 2006 model clean so off for a test drive we went after returning to the lot I could see that this was more of what I need.. and continued with the paper work and ofcourse the price :) this also went very well I had accomplished finding a good work truck a a fair price ..
