A few weeks later we returned and couldn't find Clay but Lamont Stevenson showed us the car we were interested in, let us take it for a test drive, and was very easy to work with. He got us a great deal on the car, below blue book value, and was so flexible with letting us take the car for an independent inspection and making sure everything was taken care of so that we were completely satisfied with the purchase. Next stop was Aaron Looney in the finance Department. Aaron took his time to shop around for the best rates for us and we were so impressed with his level of professionalism, patience, and friendliness! The entire process was so much easier than we expected and we are so happy with the purchase. To top it off, every person we came across at the dealership was very nice, they offer all sorts of refreshments and other perks to make your wait more enjoyable, and they have a wonderful selection of new and used vehicles. We had been searching around for a new vehicle, and had talked to various sales reps at many dealers in Huntsville and Madison. When we met Jason Chicosky, he was the first salesperson that seemed complet talked to various sales reps at many dealers in Huntsville and Madison. Once we found the vehicle that we wanted, Jason worked with us to make sure we were COMPLETELY happy with the purchase. I went to Woody Anderson Ford by a referral from a friend and was told to go directly to Sally Rochelle. I had talked to Sally on the phone the morning I was going to visit and told her what I was looking f and was told to go directly to Sally Rochelle. From that moment, I felt like I was being treated as if I had walked into someone’s house. Sally was paged to the front, and after a few minutes of personal information gathering we were on the lot looking at F150s. I was able to narrow my choice down to a couple of models, but was really wanting a specific color. Sally said lets go inside and see if we can’t locate what you want. A couple minutes later the truck was found in Decatur. Sally showed me that all options matched what I had looked at on the lot and went over the numbers with me. The best part was that I was given a price including tax tag and title that I felt was spot on and a great deal. There was no price haggling back and forth…and after I agreed to terms it was on its way to Woody Anderson. Sally reiterated a couple of times, if it gets here and it’s not what you want then you do not have to accept it. If that’s the case we’ll continue to search for exactly what you want. After leaving the dealership, a couple hours later the truck had arrived and I was able to pick it up that evening. I have been all smiles since and am loving my new ride. I will be recommending Woody Anderson Ford and Sally Rochelle to anyone I come across who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
