We had a great buying experience. The salesman was friendly and helpful. However, though they had us sign a power of attorney for them to apply for our title, AND they had us sign the title applica friendly and helpful. I finally called three weeks later, after not receiving the tag in the mail (as has always happened at other dealerships), and the salesman was quite rude. They never explained we needed to do that, but he seemed completely annoyed that I was calling to clarify. I'm not sure why they had us sign all those forms when they weren't going to do anything with them. Throughout the whole paperwork process, we had to ask about EVERYTHING. Both the salesman and the financing office acted like we should know what every paper we were signing was, and explained nothing. We were cash buyers, so no financing was even involved. More
