I was working with a salesman for 2 weeks trying to set up a deal before making the 3 hour drive to trade in my truck and purchase a new one from Woody's. I made it clear that I did not want to waste an e up a deal before making the 3 hour drive to trade in my truck and purchase a new one from Woody's. I made it clear that I did not want to waste an entire day driving and not have something in place before scheduling an appointment. I was more than willing to put a deposit down to hold the truck until I could get there, but they insisted on me coming in, so against my better judgement I made an appointment, planned an entire day around it. 1.5 hours into my 3 hour drive, I get a text saying that they sold the truck. This is after getting a text from 3 different people at the dealership the day before wanting to confirm my appointment. So after wasting an entire day and a tank of gas, all I got was an "Oops sorry". Stay away from this dealer! They are dishonest and their word means absolutely nothing! More

I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but I have never been treated like royalty until I walked on to WOW Woody's Dealership lot. I highly recommend these folks. I did have a little problem with the vehicle after I got it home and I informed them and they took care of it 100%. Talk about the "WOW" experience.... Thank you again Polly for going above and beyond with your follow-up calls to make sure I was taken care of. I've got to tell you after my transaction, I definitely said "WOW" quite a few times. I definitely will be purchasing from this dealership again in the future. WOW WOODY'S is the place to go for all your automotive needs all the way around. These people are great to deal with and definitely give you the service with a smile. More
