Your knowledge of Germany language to put it mildly reserves to be better. Do you think it's fun ??? This is not fentazi, that's life. I came from Ukraine to the United States only 11 months ago. I got a job 20 miles from the place where I live and I really needed a car. I have visited many showrooms in New York and New Jersey. Often I only saw the need for my money. And since I'm not very good in speaking English interest in me very quickly faded. But I knew that real Americans are very kind and helpful people. In the World Volkswagen Neptune company I met Lindsey Widmaier and Dean DeSantis, which can safely be called the epitome of the American people. Lindsey specialist online sales. At my request for information about the car I got a full answer immediately. So quickly and such a complete answer, I did not get from any company. I decided to do a long way at three o'clock that would see the car that was asked. When I walked into the showroom me happily, with a kind smile met Dean DeSantis. He was so kind, patient, competent to answer all the questions that I decided to buy a car here. The process of buying fiction is like a business deal. It was more like an old friend for help in solving your problems. As a result, I went home with joy on my first car in the United States. I will definitely be back here for next a new cars and all their friends talked about the best experience buying a car in the World Volkswagen Neptune company. I would like say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Great Employees and Car Buying Experience! This was my first time buying a car...and I was researching/going to dealerships on/off since December. The dealerships I went to were pushy and only This was my first time buying a car...and I was researching/going to dealerships on/off since December. The dealerships I went to were pushy and only cared about the money/finances...NOT the case at World Volkswagen. Walked around the lot and walked in the building to meet Roy. I told him what I was looking for and that I was very picky. He showed me on the computer what he had in my price range and what I was looking for as far as specifications. We then walked the lot as I saw the cars in person, I test drove one of the cars...went inside and bought it. Excellent experience...No Hassle is the motto and they are true to that. We even didn't know that they actually closed at 6pm, but Roy stayed past 8pm while I was on the phone with the car insurance. Since it was after hours I went back the next morning to sign the paperwork and pick up the nice clean car. Roy was extremely nice and the only car salesman I met throughout my car buying experience to take the time to explain everything to me and sit in the car with me to show me the different features. He called the next day to make sure I loved it...which I do!!!! Thanks for the no pressure experience and making my first car purchase extremely not stressful but actually pleasurable! More

I decided to drive the 175+ miles to see the car and worked with Bob Desantis, who was just great. Even after forgeting some items in my trade-in, Bob quickly shipped them back to me.
