When we pulled up, Joseph (a salesman) was outside wearing a very bright blue and yellow shirt. He came up to us and ask if we needed help with anything, so he pulled up the car we’ve seen online It was evident that Joseph was very knowledgeable with eveything about the VW Golf GTI we were looking at, even to the finest details. When it came to test drive, I was a bit rusty on stickshift. Instead of just not caring, Joseph took the time to teach me stick shift anlong with some of his personal experience. Once it came to talk about numbers, he was very straight forward, and was not hiding anything. It was a very easy, quick process. Even upon leaving the dealership with my brand new VW Golf GTI, Joseph took the time to walk me through evey single feature the car had, as well as connecting my phone to the car. This was the BEST car buying experience i have ever had. This is not your average car dealership, these people treat you like family. It’s the little things like that which makes the buying experience much more enjoyable. Joseph did above and beyond what his job required, and i am very thankful for that. Very willing to work towards what makes you comfortable about the process. I dealt with Dylon Amos, very nice guy and willing to please and help with every bit of the process. I only gave 4 stars only because I just got the vehicle home and haven't yet had time to drive it and see how the experience would be if something were to go wrong with the vehicle but all in all I would recommend anyone to try them next time your looking for a vehicle. We agreed upon a price and picked up the new car a few days later. No pressure from any of the staff at World VW. I must add, the deal was better than I could have gotten locally.
