First class service ! My parents never lease a vehicle before and have never herd of a lease company. So I offered to help out as their son but they were still a little sus My parents never lease a vehicle before and have never herd of a lease company. So I offered to help out as their son but they were still a little suspicious because all they know is the old way of going to the dealer. I spoke with Alex and he made the whole experience super easy and smooth. He was very patient and answered every question or concern they had. He even came and hand deliveried their brand new car to them in Queens and sat down with them and explained the whole process. They were extremely happy and now they will only do business with him. Awesome company and Alex was an outstanding rep. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. This is the only way to lease a car in my opinion, no headaches no missed days at work, no long hours in a dealer. Overall great company! More
