Made an appointment, drove 1 hr 15kin, phoned to find locked doors, left a message, waited 25 minutes for no one to show up or contact us. Very poor business. Would like to award less than 1 star. This is the worst car dealership I have ever experienced. First, they did the ole bait and switch with a car they had listed as available but when I showed up, it was in the shop. I'm going to leave a positive review but tell the truth. The truth is I could have gone anywhere to buy a car. My credit is excellent and income is not an issue. I came hear because they had what I was look The truth is I could have gone anywhere to buy a car. My credit is excellent and income is not an issue. I came hear because they had what I was looking for. An older C300 4matic that would be both a project car (I get board and like working on things) and a work car. I was tired of putting so many miles on my $70k+ Ram Rebel so I decided to buy a nicer older C300 4matic that needed some TLC (AKA money thrown at it). This 2010 C class fit the bill. It had 136,000 miles on it, peeling clearcoat (this year and color were known for it. Mercedes even had a class action lawsuit against them over this), interior could almost be mistaken for new and a out of balance rear tire but most service records available. Just what I was looking for! I love the car. So far I've put just north of a thousand dollars into it (New back tires, new front axles, oil change, front and rear diff oil change, drivers side door lock actuator, new spark plugs, new air intake hoses, new hood release cable) and it is really an outstanding car now. I still have a few things I want to do but do not regret my purchase, I knew exactly what I was buying and how to fix it. Jacob was nice and things went well although I ended up paying what I felt was on the high end of the spectrum of what the car was worth and when I got home and really looked things over I noticed all the fees. $387.00 Document Fee? Filing fee $150.00 ? I get Tax, Title and Registration fee's but what about the others? All in all, a positive experience and the car now starts, runs and drives like new.....oh and smells new too since fixing the front axles and replacing the cabin air filter, before it smelled like burnt axle grease inside. - More
