Tim (my service consultant) was great, but I was uncomfortable to see at least half of the personnel or more walking around with masks on - despite signs stating that masks were mandatory! Also, your website still says you offer a courtesy shuttle - only to find out when you get there that you have discontinued the service. I suggest you change the website. More
