I will not be leasing from this location in the future. The service was unnecessarily long. I waited over 2 hours before they could even go out and inspect my vehicle to make an insurance claim. The vehicle was scheduled for a 1:30 appointment and it was 3:30 before they could call and confirm my insurance coverage to get me my rental. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, which they called to tell me was ready, they made my wife wait almost an hour because they couldn't find my keys. I understand excuses can be made for it all but in my business and as well as in yours, their should be no excuse for poor service. There should only be an offer of compensation for troubling your customers not a constant apologetic customer service rep. More
