Ernesto "Ernie" Perez has been employed at Yark since 2015, but has been in the car business since he was in High School. What he enjoys the most out of being in sales is building relationships with so many people, he has even had customers who he met when they were babies and now have become customers due to his great relationship with their parents or grandparents. Outside of work Ernie likes to travel and spend time with his family. He has 3 children and is happily married. Ernesto also enjoys cooking and attending his favorite teams sporting events. If Ernie could drive any vehicle, he would drive a Ram TRX.

Thank God for Ernie Perez! Our vehicle was in Yark Collision repair for 4 months. Insurance only covered 45 days (rental) . Ernie made sure we had a vehicle to use for the remainder. The Collision Ctr was not easy to deal with. Over promising and under delivering. Very poor communication. Went to pick the car up today finally. It was filthy,tools were left in the back seat, empty gas tank. I would be embarrassed to return a vehicle back to a customer in this condition. Especially after 4 months. Ernie offered to have the car cleaned up and gassed up. He is the best sales associate we have ever met and that is why we will continue to use him for our vehicle leases/purchases. Yark is lucky to have him! More

Got an oil change andthey didn’t even check my other fluids. Garbage service. I can get and oil change for $20 and they fill everything. $80 oil change and they fill nothing. surprised they put oil in i fluids. Garbage service. I used there collision center last year which apparently, according to my service tech isn’t associated with yark... that’s dumb. Anyways, I’ll probably never buy another car from yark or use there service center or their collision center after I get rid of this one. What a waste. Collision center was garbage too my car should of been totaled out. Didn’t replace my danmaged rims bent sway bar or my busted wheel bearing. Body lines are off, gaps don’t match. Filled my back door with 100lbs of bondo now it’s a pain in the xxx to open or shut. xxxx paint job trim pieces not reattached properly. All around disappointing More
