I'm currently pregnant so my husband and I went to trade in our HR-V for a pilot. We knew we wanted a 2018-2019 model since we have had good luck with certified pre-owned vehicles. We told him we wanted a 2018-2019 Pilot and he refused to let us go with anything from those years. He insisted on showing us the newest model, which we clearly didn't care about because it wasn't in our budget. We repeated that we wanted a pre-owned, but he kept pushing the latest model on us saying we would pay the same monthly for a pre-owned vehicle versus a new one. Gary then walked away and quickly came back saying we would have to pay $700 monthly. We thanked him for his time and left. We then drove to Paragon Honda, where an amazing salesman named Ben listened to our needs, showed us vehicles within our budget and found us a great deal. We came home with a 2018 Pilot that same night! More

I was not happy the way they operated in the office. I was assisted by Leo. I recently leased a HR-V from this dealer. I had previously leased a KIA Sorrento from Yonkers KIA. On 3/21/21 I began the HR-V lease & P/U. At that time, Drake Taveras said he would deliver the KIa previously leased a KIA Sorrento from Yonkers KIA. On 3/21/21 I began the HR-V lease & P/U. At that time, Drake Taveras said he would deliver the KIa to their Yonkers dealership. He delivered the Sorrento to KIA & gave them the wrong VIN# on the transfer document.As a result,I received a letter from KIA that the Sorrento was never returned to the KIA dealership. I called Drake on the day I received the letter (4/21/21). He never returned my call. On 4/23/21 I went to Yonkers Honda to see Drake. I told him what the issue was & he refused to read the letter & didn't even offer to call KIA. He raised his voice as if the problem was someting I I either created. He the insisted that it was my problem & I should go to KIA to resolve it. My wife was witness to this & was appalled by his behavior. I then drove to KIA where it was discovered that D.Taveras posted the wrong Vin#to the transfer document. I do not like fixing other people's mistakes especially when I'm spending a lot of money for the privilege. I'm seriously swearing off Honda due to this experience. However,under no circumstances will I ever deal with Mr. Taveras. More

Really bad place to take your car for service. My new car second oil change with tire rotation every lug nut hole every rim damaged from impact wrench. Leaning on front grill and fascia, now it's sagging and has wide panel gaps. Wiping leather steering wheel with alchohol instead of putting the steering glove on which they have. Door sill came back with scratches and grease. Rub marks on driver's side rear door. Service tech speeding over speed bumps to take the car in to service and then out from service. Never again!! More

we purchased the honda accord in September -14 -2020, from this dealership. Due to the dent, the cars price was reduced. we bought the car for $16800, total out the door including tax + doc/ title was $1 from this dealership. Due to the dent, the cars price was reduced. we bought the car for $16800, total out the door including tax + doc/ title was $18,233. when the finance submitted the paper works they scammed us added the extended warranty on this without asking us $2200 and added an additional $1000 for no reason. After Numerous calls and headaches, they agreed to cancel the warranty. still fighting to get someone on the to correct the additional price that was charged. The fool who did the finance was Kurts schon and no longer with them. Thanks to Roy, he is fixing this error. IDK when everything will be solved. Very unprofessional staff, a bunch of scammers. I will never recommend this place to anyone if you take your chance and buy from here, please triple check your paper works before you leave. More

Shady and Rude! We stopped in on 8.9.20 to take a closer look at a top contender on our new car list, the Honda Accord EX L 2020. In addition to not having the key for the exact model we were there for, we were rushed out of the different model car we did have access to. As we were assessing the interior and infotainment system Gary walks over says how's it going and proceeded to reach in and turn off the car. Back inside the pitch starts, despite being clear we were only looking and definitely no test drive, no deal. As an "incentive" to get us to commit we were insulted with a low ball offer of $6K for our trade in (purchased new from them 7 years ago) and $500 off the MSRP. Long story short, as we walked out the manger offered 10K for the trade in. Trust lost, no deal. I came in a return customer. I left a "never again will I come back to this dealer" former customer. That is the end result of our encounter with Gary Wagner and the Manager on duty. More
