I financed a used 2014 Forte in October 2021 and was very happy with the price and quality of the car. The buying experience with Jhonny and the Yonkers KIA staff was professional and efficient. Unfortunately, not long after that purchase, I was hit by a car that totaled my Forte. I felt strongly about my trust in Yonkers KIA and Jhonny so I returned to the dealership to discuss my situation. Jhonny helped me understand all my options and what availability looked like in terms of vehicles. He treated the situation with care and understood how much I loved the 2014 Forte I had previously purchased. He recommended a 2022 Forte with all the same qualities I liked about the first purchase. I left the dealership leasing a beautiful, brand new, high quality car feeling very comfortable and genuinely happy. My second experience with Jhonny as my car dealer relieved an immense amount of stress from my accident and I am so grateful for Yonkers KIA! More

If no stars were an option that’s what I would have chosen. I went to Yonkers Kia to source my first ever lease and can honestly say it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I spoke to the salesperson at length about specifically wanting automatic seat adjustment and a sun roof. Neither of these were included with the base model so he told me I would have to go for the XLE model which was significantly more expensive but he assured me it included all the bells and whistles, leather interior etc. I decided to go for it based on his assurances. Once the deposit had been paid and the lease agreement signed, I patiently waited for the call the following day to let me know my new car was ready for pickup. Hours had gone by and I hadn’t received a call, I was starting to worry there was some issue so I called the dealership. It was revealed to me in this call and a subsequent phone call from the financial advisor that they had a car brought in for me but it did not have a sun roof and that if I wanted a sun roof it would be an additional $40/month. I ended up cancelling everything because I was so infuriated. I know a sun roof isn’t the end of the world but I very explicitly said explained why I wanted one and the salesperson neglected to provide that for me due to a severe lack of knowledge of the vehicle he was trying to sell. I will never again step foot inside this establishment and I would recommend anyone looking for a lease to stay well away from this dealership. More
