JESSICA and ADREAN are GOD AWFUL PEOPLE. I've been calling them for days and no one picks up or even return your calls. I came in on a Tuesday for a check engine light was charged a $200 diagnostics fee and by Thursday, the check engine light came back on. ADREAN had the nerve to tell me I would have to pay another diagnostics fee. I said for what, the car was just serviced he said if there is another problem, they would have to charge me. I called both him and Jessica and discuss the situation and I am still waiting on a call from two weeks ago. The only person worth going there for is Darlyn or JeanCarlo. Darlyn is the sweetest person at the service center even when she's delivering bad news. She respects your time and understands where the consumer is coming from. The lack of professionalism from Jessica and Adrean is INSANE. I understand you don't want to deal with an angry customer but not returning someone's call and just ignoring them is just disrespectful and RUDE. Also, this isn't my first problem with Adrean, I asked him for a DIRECT NUMBER because I needed to pick up my car another day KIA serviced it and he tells me to call the general number and someone would pick and what happens........... NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE OF COURSE. I had to take an uber home, an uber to work and an uber to the yonkers kia service department. Again, if you have to go to yonkers kia only deal with Darlyn or JeanCarlo. Jessica and Adrean are not professional at all. I hope someone treats them, the way they treated me with their customer service skills and see how they like it!!! If it weren't for me getting a new engine, I would never deal with them again. More

Went to my first service for a recall and the staff was friendly and checked me in quickly. They addressed the recall in a timely manner and had my telluride within a couple of hours. Their sales rep Tierrea Saunders was such a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative. She goes out of her way for her customers from beginning to the end. We were in a bad situation with the car we had at the present time. She was able to get us out of the nightmare we were in. She worked hard with us so we could get a new vehicle. She not only listened to our concerns, she never once got frustrated with all of our questions we had. She was able to get us into a new vehicle with way better features at a way better rate. Definitely if you are looking for a car GO SEE HER!! More

They were extremely patient, informative and not once did I feel like I was being sold to. By the time we decided on the vehicle I knew everything I need to know about the car and pricing. We decided on the purchase of a Kia Carnival. We had test drove one at a local dealer but they did not have the color and trim level we wanted. I searched on line and there were 7 with in 150 miles of my home. The first dealer I called was the closest. I talked over the phone with a salesperson for almost 30 mins before he revealed though the web site said they had the car I wanted it was actually sold and had planned to let me know this when I came in to buy the car. What a bum. The second deal did almost the same thing but reveled this much earlier in the conversation. The third dealer had the car but refused to take a deposit and wanted me to drive almost 2 hours on a gamble the car would be there. And then I reached out to Yonkers Kia and got Tina. What an Angel. I told her what car I was looking for and asked was it still available. It was. I told her I wanted to buy the car. There was no need to come in as I had driven the car and decided on color and trim level. I emailed her my first offer on the wrong color car. She promptly took it to her manager. Within minutes she called back and said we were $500 off. I accepted that and asked her to email an estimate. With minutes it was received and was exactly the car and price we discussed. I called right back and she took my deposit over the phone. Six days later we picked up the car. No pressure ever for extra purchases like etching or extended warranties. Just a cash purchase of the car. Nelvin handled the paperwork at pick up and again an absolute joy to work with. The whole experience was well worth the drive from central Connecticut to Yonkers!
