Yonkers Kia order a Sensor for my car, I called to check to see if it had arrived, it had. A appointment was set for me to bring my car in. I arrived on time the day of my appointment, I was told that it wo to see if it had arrived, it had. A appointment was set for me to bring my car in. I arrived on time the day of my appointment, I was told that it would take about two hours to install. Three hours later I was told that it was not the correct part and they would have to reorder the part. I also live in Queens, NY!!! More

Darlyn Davis is the best service advisor i have ever dealt with.She has real mechanical knowledge,she is always very pleasant,she keeps you informed and she never forgets that you are waiting even if yo dealt with.She has real mechanical knowledge,she is always very pleasant,she keeps you informed and she never forgets that you are waiting even if you are out of sight. She is great! but while i have your attention i must point out that your waiting room SUCKS!. The low-back bargain basement chairs are a very poor choice, You had a nicely padded couch and loveseat when i purchased my car there in 2011. It may seem like a minor thing but if you have back problems and must wait for your car it makes the experience less than pleasant.I give your dealership an overall rating of A- . More
