My issue is that I had to reach out to Kia service to initiate conversation about my car . Noone reached out to me to follow up on what was going on with my car. Service was slow and charges way too much..just to replace d serpentine belt almost $200 when i check d belt @ $20 online and not even an hr to install.same wd transmission flush $200. Really went the “extra mile” as my wife and I took a bus up, but got off too soon at the wrong stop, but the salesman drove to our location and drove us back to the dealership. We tested two vehicles, choos up, but got off too soon at the wrong stop, but the salesman drove to our location and drove us back to the dealership. We tested two vehicles, choosing the 2nd model, a Forte. He also walked us through a few buying options and a lease arrangement, which we chose. All in all our salesman, the entire staff and the backstage car prep guys gave us outstanding service and made us happy customers. More
