This review is 13 months late, but worth it. In August 2019, I leased my third car (actually a 2019 Sorento EX Sport SUV) from Yonkers KIA. I had previously leased a 2015 Optima SX and a 2016 Optima EX, 2019, I leased my third car (actually a 2019 Sorento EX Sport SUV) from Yonkers KIA. I had previously leased a 2015 Optima SX and a 2016 Optima EX, and both were very good experiences. Lou Gashi was my sales rep for the 2019 Sorento. I have to say my experience with Lou was the best of all. Once I had set up my meeting, Lou called me prior to our visit to introduce himself and confirm. On the day of our visit, as crazy busy as it was in the showroom that day, Lou was very attentive to both my wife and me every step of the way. He took us to the off-site lots for us to see and pick out the color and trim level of Sorento we wanted. He along with the finance dept. worked very hard to give me the best lease deal that worked within what I was willing to spend. In addition, the 2016 Optima EX I was trading back was over the mileage limit, but Lou was able to work it out for us both that day and following up afterwards so that we did not incur any extra mileage or other charges!! With so much going on we ended up spending the whole day waiting for our new Sorento to be prepped and paperwork to be finalized, but Lou was there with us until the end. He gave us the final walk though, making sure everything on the SUV was good, helped us set up and sync the Sorento with the UVO apps, and saw us off. And if that wasn't enough, Lou has texted me a few times during the first year, most recently the end of July, to see how we and the car are doing, and offering his services to us if we needed. If by chance you can't figure it out, I HIGHLY recommend seeing Lou Gashi and the rest to the crew at Yonker's KIA!! More

The service staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to my concerns. They also have great waiting areas with secure Wi-Fi access in case you need, like me, to get some work done on a weekday while you're waiting! More

Efrain Barcos assisted me for my service visit. He was exceptionally communicative and professional- setting a great level of expectation for me. I appreciate Efrain's level of courtesy, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor - as I was a bit uncomfortable with the rep who worked adjacent to Efrain. He didn't have a pleasant look on his face which made me feel uncomfortable. His face looked like he did not want me there; or like he hated his job but either way, it had me feel uncomfortable about waiting in the service waiting area. So I waited on the other side of the dealership; used sales showroom- while waiting for service to be completed. Thanks Efrain for all your help! More
