Great sales associate! Not happy with the inspection Lou was very fast, efficient and professional. I am very satisfied with his work. My only issue is that that the car was sent to be inspected and washed before delivered to me. I found a beehive built on the rim and no windshield washer fluid was added to the car. No attention to detail was paid, I do not think that the car had been washed at all. Kept half of the beehive on the rim and I plan to visit the dealership this week. Once again, I am really happy with Lou and he will receive a call for my new lease when the current one comes to an end. More
