BEWARE! Nice on the phone but rude staff when you arrive! THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING JUST TO GET YOU TO COME IN, THEN THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAR. I called and spoke wit THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING JUST TO GET YOU TO COME IN, THEN THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAR. I called and spoke with a very nice receptionist who told me that the car I was looking for was sold but, after speaking with the manager, I would be able to come in and take a look at it (just to see if I liked it) When I arrived, I spoke with a manager and I complimented him on the very professional person with whom I spoke on the phone. So far so good. The manager then passed me on to a salesman who was unsure if they even had the car. I went back to the manager and asked what was going on. The manager said that they have the car but it would not be in the show room for about another 45 minutes. I told the manager that they should have been honest with me and not make an appointment when the car was not ready to be viewed, The manager looked at me like I was from Mars. He kept saying “ we have the car” despite the fact it was obviously not on site, as represented to me on the phone. I drove 35 minutes out of my way specifically to the dealership because they said they had it. No apology, No attempt to even claim it was a misunderstanding. If this is the way they behave before they have your money, imagine what they are like once they have your money. I welcome an opportunity for them to contact me and make this right. More

Never have I ever..... So I was ready to spend $61,000 and travel 1000 miles to get my car. Have you ever heard of a disclaimer?? Well there wasn't. So don't fall for the old bait and switch prank done by these guys!! More

From my first lease on a kia sorento 2017, i was told that i may return the vehicle for another lease and yonkers kia dealer will cover the last 4 remaining months. As I did go back for a second lease, t that i may return the vehicle for another lease and yonkers kia dealer will cover the last 4 remaining months. As I did go back for a second lease, the sales rep asked me how many months i had left, and I thought i had 1 month remaining. He didnt double checked to approve my word. According to the actual Kia company, dealers may see in the customers info the remaining balances. After I signed the contract for my second lease on a kia sportage 2020, a month later KMF calls me to collect debt from the remaining months of the previous lease. At the end of the day, i had to pay a vehicle i wasnt driving on top of another leased vehicle. I feel that there shouldnt have had to be an issue that yonkers kia couldve made that payment since they are able to cover remaining balances no matter what documents they give you to sign. More
