I called to inquire about a vehicle that was listed on their website and was told it was still available and would be ready when I arrived. 1 hour later when I arrived I was told by a salesman that he per their website and was told it was still available and would be ready when I arrived. 1 hour later when I arrived I was told by a salesman that he personally sold it this morning. A sales manager then said it was sold the day prior. I was then asked to look at their other vehicles because they had 7 lots of vehicles (bait and switch method). First I was lied to about the vehicle being available, then when it was sold if it even was sold, and lastly wasted my time and money going there. Very unprofessional and would recommend anyone to not do business with them! More

Never Purchased a new car that quickly I was leasing a car for my son and brought my trade -In with me. I was greeted by the receptionist who asked a Salesperson, Julio Grullon to work w I was leasing a car for my son and brought my trade -In with me. I was greeted by the receptionist who asked a Salesperson, Julio Grullon to work with me. I was interested in the Optima and he immediately took me to his off Campus Lot to review car inventory. While my first choice in Color was not available, Julio reassured me that he would do what was necessary to see that I walked out with a new car and was satisfied. Yonkers Kia gave me a very fair trade-In value for my son's 2013 Altima which sweetened the deal. Would definitely recommend Yonkers KIA More
