I've had great experience in the past, this time around was terrible. They lack respect for people's time and money. I went in with an issue, and it's safe to say that the issue was not resolved. They clai was terrible. They lack respect for people's time and money. I went in with an issue, and it's safe to say that the issue was not resolved. They claim to have worked on the vehicle, but I can tell that nothing was done. I was able to tell that nothing was done on the vehicle because, nowadays we have apps, they track every movement in your vehicle. You can tell if your car was driven or turned on and none of that happened while the vehicle was in their possession. Rightfully, they did not charge me for anything, because nothing was done. After having my car there for multiple days and telling me that the car was being worked on. I will continue to go there because that's the closest Kia service center to me and I hope the service gets better. More

My current car was 10 years old. I'm really not a fan of car shopping and Brandon Kohan got it. There was no hard sell. He asked what I needed, what I wanted, and my must-haves an I'm really not a fan of car shopping and Brandon Kohan got it. There was no hard sell. He asked what I needed, what I wanted, and my must-haves and pulled a car right off the showroom floor. 4 Days later it's in my garage. In 10 years a lot of electronics have changed. He set me up, showed me how everything worked and said to come back any time. He may be sorry he said that but it was a great shopping experience. More
