I took my vehicle in for issues that the dealership claimed they couldn’t define but after the warranty expiration issues re-surface and I’m paying 1500$ for a repair. Now my vehicle is making the SAME noises I’ve been complaint about since I purchased the vehicle but couldn’t be diagnosed unless the issue is occurring at the time I bring it. Noises happened in overdrive after repair but sound worse. More

Fantastic Staff. From the service manager all the way down to the technicians I was treated with professionalism. At first, I thought I was being price gouged and I From the service manager all the way down to the technicians I was treated with professionalism. At first, I thought I was being price gouged and I still think I paid a bit too much for what they had to do under warranty. But overall I’m very happy with the service that was provided to me. The only recommendation I would have is to provide loaner vehicles for any warranty work that’s being performed. Many other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past have done this and the customers are very appreciative with minimal expense to the dealership. I would strongly recommend York service and expertise to anyone needing work done on their Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More

Terrible time trying to get paint issue taken care of . Pictures were lost 3 times and claim cancelled 3 times . I had to reopen with Jeep Care , service manager didn’t want to get me a loaner vehicle . Bec Pictures were lost 3 times and claim cancelled 3 times . I had to reopen with Jeep Care , service manager didn’t want to get me a loaner vehicle . Because they cost money …. So did my Jeep.! I will not recommend York Chrysler to anyone Plainfield or Brazil ( my fiancé had issues with a 2023 Gran Cherokee from Brazil) More
