Buy me a car I have been looking for and at cars since June. We had looked at Subaru, Honda, and Hyundai. Chris and the Nissan team made me a deal I couldn't ref I have been looking for and at cars since June. We had looked at Subaru, Honda, and Hyundai. Chris and the Nissan team made me a deal I couldn't refuse on a used Murano. We buy a car every 10 years whether we need to or not and we might even come back in a year or 2 with our 20 year old Town and Country! It was that good! More

POOR PERFORMANCE FROM SALESMAN UP..... This has been thee WORST EXPRIENCE IN MY LIFE when it comes to buying a vehicle. The ordeal made me go back to a previous dealership that took care of This has been thee WORST EXPRIENCE IN MY LIFE when it comes to buying a vehicle. The ordeal made me go back to a previous dealership that took care of me. When you try to give return business even when they change hands you would think that the customer would be treated like they mattered. Apparently not so. What took from the end of June til yesterday, and the involvement of Nissan's Consumer Affairs Division showed total lack of awareness to the customer's needs. I would think the company was trying to make a sale. The previous dealership took the time to ask what happened and why your dealership did nothing to help save a sale as well as make me the customer the primary goal. I will say is this, if in the future when a customer has a problem and you know what the problem is....don't make the customer do all the leg work to which technically is your job in the first place. if that is the case then why would the customer need a sales rep if they are going to do all the work. I really hope that Louis and Nick get it together. No one ever made effort to contact me on a regular basis or kept me updated about ANYTHING in reference to the vehicle. I will say that I learned a lot from this unfortunate experience. I definitely won't be sending anyone to this dealership to buy a car and I know quite a few people in the DMV as well as Pennsylvania that constantly are looking to change vehicles. Consider that next time you make the customer a non priority! More
