Too long Made an appt for 730 am for oil change and check blind spot sensors. Was told that the blind spot sensor was not working bc the washer fluid was low a Made an appt for 730 am for oil change and check blind spot sensors. Was told that the blind spot sensor was not working bc the washer fluid was low and it uses that to clean the sensors for the blind spot warning. So to do an oil change and fill the washer fluid took until 930 am when I had an appt at 730. It wasn't an unscheduled appt. Why would it take two hours for this work. Unacceptable. Will never come back once my free oil changes are completed. More

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE We entered Younger Nissan in Frederick, MD with the intention of only test driving a vehicle or two trying to decide on what we wanted when the time c We entered Younger Nissan in Frederick, MD with the intention of only test driving a vehicle or two trying to decide on what we wanted when the time came to actually make the purchase. Upon entering the showroom we requested a sales person and Karen Luedeman greeted us with her hand extended and a wonderful smile. We expressed to her what we were there for and what we were hoping to accomplish. She immediately pulled a car around for us to test drive, at that moment we realized she was also working with 2 other customers! We test drove the Nissan Rogue and my husband loved it. His face lit up like a kid in a candy store! Once we returned to the dealership and upon entering the showroom, here comes Karen to ask how our drive went and if we had any questions. We started talking about the financing etc...the appraisal on our Tahoe had been completed and she retrieved the paperwork and gave us our options. She only went back twice before we received a great deal that we were really happy with. Although she had two other customers she was working with, we never felt unattended to, now that is impressive in itself. She had us in the finance office with Ed Beleznay who was also a very nice man, in no time. Ed Beleznay even included our 11 year old son in conversation, just as Karen did....that's impressive. Not many people trying to "make a sale" usually engage kids and definitely not to the extent that Karen and Ed did. We signed the papers and within 30 minutes of leaving the finance office we were leaving in our brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue. We can not express enough how impressed we were with the dealership but most of all Karen and Ed. Thank you Younger Nissan for employing such wonderful people to represent your company to serve the community. More
