I was very impressed with her professionalism and friendliness over the phone that I could have only hoped the remainder of the staff were just as nice. They were absolutely everything I had expected. Nathan Cipperly was our salesman and he was excellent! He was quite attentive to what we were looking for and actually listened to what we were saying. He truly did want to see my mom leave happy, as did I. Nathan was patient and not pushy. He took the time to talk to us and make sure he fit my mom up perfectly with the right vehicle for her needs. When we asked for certain information he worked hard to get us exactly what we asked for in a timely manner. Nathan put my mom in a 2014 Nissan Juke and she could not be happier! Since it was the only vehicle I owned, I had to buy a new one--and quickly. I found the 2015 vehicle I was looking for at Younger Nissan. An internet search of their dealership inventory revealed they had many models and colors of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing--especially the one I wanted. This information made my fifty mile trek worthwhile. I was introduced to sales consultant Kyle Warfield. He had the sales approach I was hoping to encounter. He did not overwhelm me with information and made my visit a comfortable one. After a test drive, he provided me with a price with which I was happy. He introduced me to Nick Dibiase. He offered to hold the vehicle for me while I arranged financing with my bank. We closed the deal the next day. Kyle introduced me to Kevin Ignasiak. He had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign and provided pertinent information. Overall, it was an excellent car buying experience for me. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Younger Nissan. More
My first new car purchase, great car buying experience! I went in to Younger Nissan to take a look at the 2015 Nissan Rogue SV selection. I didn't expect them to not only price match another dealership's co I went in to Younger Nissan to take a look at the 2015 Nissan Rogue SV selection. I didn't expect them to not only price match another dealership's cost for the vehicle, they even special ordered the 'custom' Rogue that I wanted! I was driving out of the dealership with my brand new Rogue within two business days! Car buying made easy! Younger Nissan! Thank you Jason, Nathan and Ed for such a wonderful experience! More

We had just a few days to buy her a car before she returned to college. She spent a day looking on line and found a few local dealers with used cars that fit her price range. We went to Younger Nissan first and wound up buying a 2012 Honda Civic. Our salesman was very professional and answered all questions honestly and did not try and push us to another car, but was willing to show us anything on the lot. After filling the car with gas, he let my daughter and us take it for a drive alone. The car was clean and ran great. She chose to drive an Accord as well for comparison, but we all liked the idea of a two year younger car. While we completed the paperwork, the salesman had the car washed and prepped for delivery. The finance manager quickly completed his work as well. The show room and waiting rooms were clean and offered beverages and snacks. The service bays can be seen from the waiting room if you want to check on your car. Bottom line is my Daughter had a great first time buying experience at Younger Nissan which means she would consider them for her next purchase. Loyalty must be earned and maintained. More
Best car buying experience to date! I went to Younger Nissan to see about trading in my 2011 Juke, a wonderful crossover but impractical for my lifestyle. My husband and I arrived at 7 I went to Younger Nissan to see about trading in my 2011 Juke, a wonderful crossover but impractical for my lifestyle. My husband and I arrived at 7 p.m. on a Thursday, figuring we would look at our options and see what was available. We never thought they would be able to get us in a brand new car that night! Karen Luedeman approached us and said she would let us know what she they had in stock that would fit our requirements. Fifteen minutes later, my Juke was being appraised and Karen had a list of Altimas in stock that met my price range. We test drove one of them, decided I would be happier with the next model up, and she went back again to find out which ones she had in stock. I really enjoyed the car buying experience because Karen was helpful and friendly, asked lots of questions to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for me, and she NEVER came across as sale-sy or pushy. I felt like we were making a new friend, not buying a car! There were several people ahead of us in finance, so we had to wait awhile to finish the paperwork, but there was popcorn and beverages and flat screen entertain us while we waited. And Karen kept us company most of the time, even letting us "visit" the new car while it was getting detailed in the back. I was very impressed that so many of the team members waited patiently until at least two hours after closing just so we could get our new wheels the same day. Another note: This is the second car I have bought from Younger even though the dealership is a good 40 minute drive from my house. I am a loyal customer to them because of the way I am treated when I visit the showroom or the service shop. The dealership closer to me had a heavy-handed and possibly shady approach to sales when I went there in 2011 and I vowed to never buy a car from them because of that experience. I am glad I drove the extra miles and went to Younger! And thanks again, Karen! I love my new Altima :) More

I had just had a miserable experience with a competing dealer when I was browsing online and received a call from Kyle Warfield regarding my web inqu I had just had a miserable experience with a competing dealer when I was browsing online and received a call from Kyle Warfield regarding my web inquiry. He simply introduced himself and let me know if I had any questions to call him or if I was coming by to ask for him. I mentioned I planned to come in about an hour and mentioned a couple of vehicles I was looking at. When I arrived, Kyle had cars ready for a test drive based on our phone conversation, but I changed the plan on him. Kyle was excellent about it, and before you know it, we were writing up a deal. I walked in with a price in my mind after doing some research, and we hit the target right away. No haggling, overselling, no pushes. Kevin Ignasiak got involved in the financing and was a pleasure to work with as well. Bottom line, I walked in a 5pm and left at 8pm with a new Pathfinder. I have bought cars in the past from friends that worked at dealerships and the process didn't go as quickly or as smoothly as it did at Younger. I can assure you, they earned my repeat business and consistent references! More

The staff do not pressure you to buy things you do not need but they instead inform you of what is reccomended by the manufacturer verses what is necessary at the time of the service. It wasn't something I was planning, but I went in to see what they would offer. I drove out in a new 2015 Nissan Altima, and I am loving it! I new Younger had great customer service from my original purchase, but Karen made my latest car buying experience even better. She helped all along the way, and went out of her way to ake sure I was completely satisfied. I recommend this Nissan dealer to everyone looking for car. More
A Highly Recommended Sales Representative! My family and I were undecided in purchasing the Toyota Highlander or the Nissan Pathfinder. We decided one night to stop into Younger Nissan and take My family and I were undecided in purchasing the Toyota Highlander or the Nissan Pathfinder. We decided one night to stop into Younger Nissan and take a look at the Pathfinder where we were greeted by Jason Bhargava who had a no pressure sales attitude from the start. He was helpful and even brought in a Pathfinder in the trim that we wanted into the service bay so that my family; me, my wife, 3 year old, and 6 month old at the time, can look at the vehicle in a warm indoor atmosphere. Oh by the way it was a really cold outside that night. Jason’s professionalism and low pressure sales tactics made it extremely hard for us to say no to the Pathfinder. Jason made the whole ordeal in buying a new vehicle easy and a pleasure to deal with. This is really hard to say because I come from a long line of Toyota buyers. My parents were in a little bit of shock when I told them of our purchase of a Nissan. Jason made it really hard to say no in getting the Pathfinder with his friendly caring attitude. Jason’s personality, friendly persona, and vehicle knowledge helped tipped the scales over towards the Pathfinder. I was extremely disappointed at the nearby Toyota dealership and the feeling I got talking to their sales representative who we talked to multiple times. In short, thanks to Jason’s professionalism, low sale pressure, and just being a guy that you feel you can trust in buying a vehicle from, won our business in purchasing a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. I still can not get over the fact that there is a non-Toyota vehicle in my garage. I would highly recommend Jason if you are looking for a great sales representative and I have all ready recommended him to my friends, colleagues, and some family members that are not dead set on Toyota.
