I brought my vehicle in to Younger Nissan for an estimate. I had just been involved in an accident. When I arrived to the Service Center I was met by Ryan Joy, of their Collision Department. Mr. Joy was extremely courteous as he began to explain the process. I was very impressed first, with the cleanliness of the Service area as well as Ryan Joy's attention to detail. I had done extensive damage to my vehicle, however Mr. Joy was extremely sensitive with the fact that it was going to take at least a full week to repair the damage. I felt that there estimate was great, as my insurance company agreed. Ryan Joy jumped right in, securing me a rent a car and I was on my way within a timely manner. Ryan Joy kept in contact with me from the beginning to the end, including intermittent phone calls with updates. My car was returned when promised. The car looked as good as it did, the day that I bought it. I want to thank Ryan Joy for his OUTSTANDING service! Great job. More
I had a great experience at Younger Nissan. Jesse Kincade was our salesman and he was very friendly and attentive. He listened to our needs and worked extensively to find exactly what we wanted. My husband and I went in to look at the new 2014 Rogue as a replacement for my 2005 Murano. Steve was able to find a 2014 SV that met all our needs. He was friendly and attentive. My worst fear happened. Two and a half weeks ago I hit a deer at the 85 Buckeystown exit. I was mortified at the sight of the front end damage to my Nissan. I'd purchased my car just 6 months prior from Frederick Nissan. Once again I was in desperate need of their help and they were there for me from start to finish! I was well aware of the outstanding customer service and support Frederick Nissan provided to new and existing customers. Since I'm very family-oriented, it was a "no-brainer" decided where to have my vehicle repaired. Immediately, I had my vehicle towed to Frederick Nissan, although other dealerships were recommended. Because I knew my baby would be in safe, capable hands. Today, I arrived at Frederick Nissan, anxiously ready to see my baby. I was greeted by Jay, Manager of the body shop. He was so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. My car looked brand new. It shined better than lip gloss! They say diamonds are a girls best friend. But my Nissan is mine. My vehicle was restored to its original luster! Its the best Xmas present I ever got and I have Jay and his team to thank! More
We were interested in test driving and possibly purchasing an Altima. We live in Pennsylvania however we were not pleased with the service of the Nissan dealer in our hometown. After telling the sales person in PA what we wanted 3 times he finally delivered the car we were interested in (not the color) and we test drove it - he barely gave us any information about the vehicle and before we left tried to steer us into a different car. My husband works in VA so on his way home to PA he stopped to see the Altima at the Younger Nissan of Frederick. He was given excellent information about the car, was able to test drive the exact car we were looking for (and ultimately bought!) and was able to contact Karen Luedeman, the salesperson, many times over a few weeks to arrange for the purchasing and pick up of the car. Karen gave him the time needed to answer all his questions and at the time of purchase Kevin, the finance person, worked with us to provide additional products at a good price. We ended up paying less for the vehicle at the time of agreement than the PA dealership quoted for a lesser Altima a year older. We were very satisfied with the service and the time Karen took to explain all the car's capabilities. We love our new Altima!! And - we will shop at this dealership again for new or used cars. More
Having had a fantastic experience with Younger Nissan for the past 6 years as a purchaser and owner of a 2007 Nissan Versa, I became aware of the new 2014 Nissan Rogue and wanted to upgrade to a Rogue with s the past 6 years as a purchaser and owner of a 2007 Nissan Versa, I became aware of the new 2014 Nissan Rogue and wanted to upgrade to a Rogue with specific trim, i.e., I wanted a White SL with almond leather. I let Younger Nissan know of my desire to purchase a new Rogue and found that the specific version I wanted was not in stock at Younger, and in fact was very hard to find anywhere close. Kyle Warfield and Nick Dibiase worked diligently to locate and acquire the vehicle I wanted and were simply marvelous in making that happen as quickly as possible. Both Kyle and Nick were very personable and supportive throughout the process of meeting with me, acquiring the vehicle I wanted, and getting me into my new Rogue. Ed Beleznay in Finance, was also a pleasure to work with, and as was the case with Kyle, took time to explain key information, clearly and completely until I was comfortable I understood. I did a lot of research on the internet regarding new and used cars. Stumbled on one of those "get instant quotes" sites and selected about 3 brands and models I was interested in. Jesse was the first to r used cars. Stumbled on one of those "get instant quotes" sites and selected about 3 brands and models I was interested in. Jesse was the first to respond via email and follow-up voice mail. All the other dealers responded also, but not one offered me a quote, except Younger Nissan. The quote was timely, detailed, and corresponded to what the Younger internet site stated. I was immediately impressed, plus Younger Nissan was recommended to me by a close friend, so I made an appointment with Jesse for a test drive. I've never owned a Nissan before, nor a "mid-size" vehicle, nor a car with all the new technology so I was anxious about the whole experience. Jesse put me immediately at ease. The test drive was great. Of course, I was apprehensive about was to come next. I had already been preapproved by my bank for a loan but was happy to learn that Nissan provided me with a signifcantly better interest rate. All of my further options were explained completely and I toured the service facility, which was so clean, it looked like a hospital. Then I headed to Finance where, experience has taught me, the real pressure begins. Nope. That was a great experience too with Kevin. Then I was shocked to hear that I could drive my new car home right away! While I was with Keven, Jesse had my new car detailed so it was ready to go. That's a very first for me, and I've bought many cars. Then we sat in the car while Jesse explained every button, knob, and dial and all the techno wonderment of the car. Jesse offered to drive my rental to the Enterprise lot to turn it in, which was very close. He turned in all the paperwork and worked with the rental inspection folks, while I sat luxuriously in my new car. Jesse then filled my new car with gas and I drove him back to the dealership. I call that above and beyond service! I can't say enough about how pleasant the entire car-buying experience was and it was all accomplished in about 2 hours, which still flabborgasts me. I highly recommend Younger Nissan, Jesse, and Kevin. More

I purchased a pre-owned Nissan Altima and was taking it in for my first of five free oil changes. Sergiu Pricepa was my service guy and was so helpful.
