Two for two on complete satisfaction! My wife and I just took delivery of a new 2014 Nissan Versa Note for our daughter today, approximately 2 years after my first new car purchase from Yo My wife and I just took delivery of a new 2014 Nissan Versa Note for our daughter today, approximately 2 years after my first new car purchase from Younger Nissan, a 2012 Nissan Altima for our son. Both sales experiences were easily among the best I have ever enjoyed in my many years of buying cars. The two transactions were very different, but equally satisfying. In the first, I owned a relatively late model large pickup in great condition that had outlasted its usefulness to me at a time when my son was going to need a car. The handling of the trade, nearly straight up, for a new Altima for my son addressed all of my needs, avoided sales and tax annoyances, and resulted in a fine, reliable car for my son that I drive while he is away at school, much more economically than my work vehicle. The Service Department has been equally flawless during the first two years and 20K miles on this car. The car has performed without a hitch. In the current transaction, I spoke to Jesse Kincaid in person, but had already made the mistake of going online with an innocent internet inquiry to spec out the car I wanted for my daughter. After enduring a good number of unnecessary email and telephone solicitations from aggressive out of town dealers, Jesse immediately sought out my preferences, found the car we wanted, at the best price that any competitor offered, optioned appropriately, and delivered it to us--no pressure, no haggling, no add-on's, no upselling-- just good conversation, good people skills, great knowledge of the product, and delivery on commitment. The financial process, which can be daunting at times, was smooth as silk in both cases, with all of the paperwork in order in both cases. I had the pleasure of working with Ed Beleznay both times. Consistency in personnel is important to me in the sales and service industries. It is a sign of commitment and stability. Great to see you again today Ed.
