thought they were good I had a accident in my focus about a year and a half ago. They fixed my car in a decent time for the extent of the damage. About a month ago it got allot worse. I took out in to see what the problem was after finally getting a hold of someone. We set everything up I dropped the car of and I don't even get a call. Had to call them. They said my cat was fine. Nothing wrong but needed tires. I have general knowledge of cars and I did not believe them. The guy assured me it was just the tires. So the next day I got a full set of tires take it on the highway and guess what the shaking is still there. It felt like they didn't do a good examine and just blamed it on something they didn't have to repair. The easy way out. My insurance company recommend this place and the work that they did was guaranteed. On a side note one month after my car was repaired my car broke down on the highway. It was something they missed. A crack in the radiator. It happens I understand. But they don't wanna hear anything now. Give me some cheap excuse that it's the tires. It's just lazy. More

They have had my car for two weeks now, and tell me it'll be another 11 or 12 until I get it back. I asked about a loaner, and the service manager told me that they have rental for $20/day but they would happily split that with me, bringing my share down to $10. Per day. For a warranty replacement. Even spoke to GM and "partner" Steve, who told me that I haven't spent enough in his service department to justify anything else, and was happy to "lose my business over a couple of hundred dollars." When I expressed worry that it might not be repaired correctly, he told me that it would be done correctly, "just so we don't have to see your face ever again." I called Nissan and they are investigating. More
Making up for it. I had an issue the first time I brought my vehicle to this dealership for warranty work. The Servic manager called me back a few days later ( I'm assuming after reading the bad survey feedback I left ) and apologized, promised some things and sounded like he wanted to make it up. I took it back again and the manager went above and beyond to try and diagnose the issue and fix the problem. In my eyes, they are definitely making up for the first experience. More

Short wait. Doug commented that we only ad 2,000 miles on the odometer since the last oil change. He gave me the option of not having it done, but since we were about to go on a trip, I thought it would be better to go ahead. Three cheers for everyone at Younger!! More
Terrible service department! We bought our daughter a new Nissan Versa for her 16th bday. She took the car into the service dept because of a noise. They tried telling her she needed new rotor and brakes already (1.5 years). After being charged just under $50 for them to look at the car, we took it for second opinion. Car only needed brake adjustment. This service department tried taking advantage of our young daughter who was trying to do the right thing and take care of her vehicle herself. We will NEVER purchase another Nissan again!!! Dealership wanted to charge over $500 for something that only was a $47.38 fix!! More

Outstanding! I brought my Rogue in for an oil change, a recall repair and to have a front end noise diagnosed. Not only was my car completed sooner than expected, I brought my Rogue in for an oil change, a recall repair and to have a front end noise diagnosed. Not only was my car completed sooner than expected, but Allen called, took the time to explain what the noise was and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I met him when I came in to pick my car up and he walked me to the cashier and made sure I didn't have any other questions. The ladies at your cashier office were very pleasant and helpful as well. It is service like this that will keep me coming back, not only for repairs and service, but likely for future purchases. More

Fantastic service after I hit a small animal. This is my first time ever where I had to take my vehicle in for any type of damage, that is with 40 years of driving. Doug, from Nissan, kept me informed the whole time. They kept in contact with my insurance company and then would call me to let me know what was going on. In fact, I would not had called the insurance company but Doug stated they should cover my damage. I did not realize the small animal I hit did so much damage under my car for my car looked fine. My car started showing signs of a problem so I just drove right to Nissan and stated I did not have an appointment and they stated they would take care of me and they did. I was very impressed with this whole experience. Thank you Nissan. My Erie Insurance company was great too. Patty More
