Too long Made an appt for 730 am for oil change and check blind spot sensors. Was told that the blind spot sensor was not working bc the washer fluid was low a Made an appt for 730 am for oil change and check blind spot sensors. Was told that the blind spot sensor was not working bc the washer fluid was low and it uses that to clean the sensors for the blind spot warning. So to do an oil change and fill the washer fluid took until 930 am when I had an appt at 730. It wasn't an unscheduled appt. Why would it take two hours for this work. Unacceptable. Will never come back once my free oil changes are completed. More

The staff do not pressure you to buy things you do not need but they instead inform you of what is reccomended by the manufacturer verses what is necessary at the time of the service. 1st New Car Service I had my 1st service performed on my 2014 Nissan Altima and I was pleased. Oil Change I purchased my Rogue from Younger last year and used #3 of 5 of my Free Oil Change with Purchase last week, and this was the best experience so far. I I purchased my Rogue from Younger last year and used #3 of 5 of my Free Oil Change with Purchase last week, and this was the best experience so far. I was greeted by Doug Rice upon pulling my vehicle into the express garage. I told him I was there for an oil change. He offered the upgrade oil change, which I declined. I also asked him to check my tire pressure as the light in my dash was on for it. I gave my keys and sat in the waiting room. Approx 30 min later, Doug informs me that I have another nail in my left rear tire. (I had a plug put in the same tire last oil change for the same reason) I asked him to hold off on ordering a new tire. A few minutes later he came back with my receipt and a business card. On his business card, he wrote ALL the information I would need to purchase a new tire to match my others. One negative thing I have noticed. With the cold weather finally here, I have had 2 mornings now where my Windshield Washer Fluid appears to be frozen and is not operable. Even after warming my car up for 10+ minutes, my fluid still doesn't come out. I personally haven't added any fluid in, so I assume it is refilled during my oil changes. I am unsure why it is freezing. More
