Dodge Durango was in for service after a minor accident, had wheel and tire damage, plus needed an inspection of suspension components. Repeatedly called and left messages for Bill in service to find out i had wheel and tire damage, plus needed an inspection of suspension components. Repeatedly called and left messages for Bill in service to find out information about repairs, never received a call back. Called and left a message for the service manager, complaining about lack of customer service and trying to find out information, never received a call back. Was impossible to get any information from the dealer about my own vehicle. Awful customer service from this dealership and I will not be returning for any reason. More

Service sucks, and they lie? brand new car, 14k miles on it, I'm going to describe this as short as possible, This will be our 4 or 5th time to visit the dealership for the same i brand new car, 14k miles on it, I'm going to describe this as short as possible, This will be our 4 or 5th time to visit the dealership for the same issue with GPS problem/antenna. It's been over 4 months now! First Visit: visited the dealer- they said, need to order new radio, antenna is fine. Second Visit: they called, we dropped the car off, to get radio replaced. (they called back at the end of the day, they said port is broken,(BRAND new radio) and they need to order new radio. (Wait time was over a month again. Third visit, pretty much happy, hoping to get the radio fixed, NOPE!, they said its the antenna now! this will be our 4th or 5th time visiting the dealer to get that sorted out. No GPS, NO XM radio for over 4 months. More

Oday explained the purchase incentive savings and was extremely helpful in answering all questions. I picked up the car the next day. More

Did not fix my car. Claimed it was a "jeep thing". They had my car for almost 3 weeks and did not fix it. Claimed it was not broken and it was a lifted Jeep issue. I have had lifted jeeps before and i They had my car for almost 3 weeks and did not fix it. Claimed it was not broken and it was a lifted Jeep issue. I have had lifted jeeps before and it was clearly not right. I took it to my own mechanic and he diagnosed it a short time. The ball joints were bad and jeep was clearly not alligned. He did not even feel it was safe to drive. More
