I experienced top notch customer service at Zeigler. It was my first time there as I just moved back to WI from Florida. Two workers opened the door as I entered along with a verbal warm welcome. I was walked to the parts counter in which I was greeted by a friendly young woman who happily ordered my part. She escorted me to the waiting area while my new plate bracket was being picked up at the warehouse. This didn’t take long. Then, Tim in the service area gave outstanding service and a young man quickly placed the new plate bracket on the front of my vehicle. I returned the next day for an oil change and cleaning of a front plastic headlight cover. The entire experience was above and beyond typical customer service. I will definitely return! More
