I think this is a bit obtrusive concerning Honda is using my personal phone and asking me to judge your employees. However. Almost goes out of his way to give me his undivided attention whenever I come in for a wash of my Honda Accord or regular service work. I will go as far as to mention that Mr Jones and I seen each other at a local business shopping for groceries, he took time to say hello to me and asked about my day and how I'm enjoying the Honda. He could have preferred to keep to himself, considering he was not working and on a personal errand, but welcomed me as if he was still a representative of Honda and the dealership he works for. Personally, if my small business that have required me to have to hire someone to help me run the company, I would want a payroll of employees exactly like Mr Jones. Since I've also had experience working with many of the other employees whenever I come to the dealership for a car wash (and a delicious coffee) every single person was extremely helpful and welcoming, no matter how busy they seemed to be at the time, which I'm assuming is the busiest part of the day being around the time when everyone is getting off work. They've made sure I'm quickly taken care of and usually get me back on the road before I can even get my drawing pencil out of my backpack. I have many choices to consider whenever I'm in the market for a new vehicle. I'm usually a Ford or Subaru person when I've purchased a new vehicle and this is my first Honda. In the fu More

Showed up on time. salesman ran at me when i entered the building. I was going to pay the sticker amount plus sales tax. Trying to save time I told him that i did not want a warranty. I did not have trade, I was paying cash (sticker price) and i would get my own plates. The poor sales guy (he was new) went to go get his manager to say hi. So i was expecting the "greazy" greeting but it was short and not sweet. Basically he said "hi, thanks for stopping in". I should have got up then! But i sat there waiting for them to bring me the car to test drive. About ten minutes go by, he comes back and says - we are looking for the other FOB, this one isn't working. So i wait for another ten minutes. He comes and says. We can't let you drive the car. It hasn't been through our safety inspection, it's not safe to drive. The car has been online for over a week. Then he tells me the price i saw online will not be the new price. He said after they do the safety inspection, there will be thousands more added to the price. He said he can let me know the new price once it's finished. Legally - he said they have to list it online even though it isn't ready to sell. So i left. Then the online sales girl was contacting me back and asking what happened (like you don't know). Hmph! So i wrote an online review and as the day wore on, I get a nasty note from her. Oh, how's she's trying to help me and i slapped her in the face because i wrote a review. I told her "She took the first punch, lying to me about the car. Bullies!!!! So then i get the damage control lady, making all kinds of promises - honoring the online price, how can we make this right? This is not how we operate. We certainly will sell you a car for the sticker price and for cash. two days later the car was sold. I guess they did that safety inspection (the state of Wisconsin requires it. It's the law. At a Ford dealership, as i was buying a ford), got the parts in and repaired in under two days. Yeah right!! So yes i have written a review on any platform i can find. Sometimes people find themselves in situations where they just need vehicle. Sometimes they don't have a trade. Sometimes they can not do financing. But they still need a car. Why can't i buy the car??? Like i want to know why????? NEVER buy from these creeps!!!!!! Read all the reviews you can about how companies deal with people before you waste you time.
