When called and talk to them, they kept delaying saying they have to talk to the bank to cancel. it's been a whole week and a half since we've been going back and forth with them. Finance Team has the worst customer service. We have not heard anything from them, they will put stuff onto your payments without you knowing. Sales rep was awesome and very friendly, she handle us very nicely. I reccomand not buying a car through them because of the finance team, they will screw you over. We have refinance with a different bank, with lower APR and has bought gap insurrance with them and their price was a lot more resonable. More

My Honda HR-V transmission failed while driving on the interstate due to a manufacturer defect. I had to have my car towed to Zeigler because it was the nearest dealer. I called them in advance to let them know the situation, and when I arrived, Joel Nuoffer came out to the parking lot to greet me. I had never used their service department before, but will be going there from now on. The service I received was exceptional! Joel was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure I had a wonderful experience at Zeigler. My entire transmission had to be replaced (thankfully covered through a Honda recall warranty) and I had additional service as well, including tire replacement and other maintenance items (>100K mile). Not only did they perform the work in a timely manner, but they provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle. They even let me keep it a few extra days after my car was ready because I was not able to make it up to the dealer right away. Joel was in constant communication and transparent throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about the service dept at Zeigler. I've always stayed away from dealers because I've found them to be overpriced and they often try to hot sell me on things I don't need, but none of that happened at Zeigler. The pricing was fair and they didn't offer to fix anything that wasn't necessary. And since I purchased my tires there, they also gave me free tire rotations in the future. All of this was done about 2 months ago and my car has been running great after the transmission replacement and additional service. I am so happy with the service Zeigler provided. More

When picking up my truck, Prince went over and programmed all devices, and James reminded us about Free 2 year general maintenance. There is a lot going on there, but they will take good care of you. Thought a bit about it, and ended up finding a vehicle for my wife too. The staff was very attentive, the store was spotless. I even went back to service where I expected to find it dirty in some fashion. Nothing. Well maintained. Smiles all around. I didn’t go to parts so no info on that. The coffee hit the spot. I even got peace of mind with the extended warranty. Such a great experience. I left buying a car and not worrying if I got a good deal. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again crew!! Buyer Beware: I saw the Internet ads for Ziegler Honda on Facebook, cars.com, and many other places including their own website. Let’s say the advertised price of the vehicle was $30k. Prior to going, I emailed back and forth with Ziegler and called to schedule an appt even though that didn’t mean much because it wasn’t with a specific person. I organized time with my mechanic to look the vehicle over, took a day off of work which I organized with my coworkers, planned to have my wife drop me off, etc. I had every intention of purchasing a vehicle from them as long as everything checked out. I arrived at the dealer and was greeted by the salesman. He was very friendly and polite as expected. Asked me how I heard about them and what I was looking for. He pulled up my profile and knew I was planning on taking a pre-owned vehicle to have my mechanic look it over. We completed the formalities, he had to fill the car up with gas and car wash so it was ready (not a big deal to me, just sharing the facts), and walked me through the vehicle. I noticed a sticker (I’ll post a photo below: $4,409.90) of the “service charges” and when he asked if I had any questions I brought it up. Ziegler told me that those were included on top of the Internet price and when I expressed concern, he assured me that we would work out a deal and not to worry. I was in complete shock so I just drove home with the vehicle. When I got home I called to find out what this deal was because I felt scammed and knew this was a dishonest and absolutely unethical tactic. He said he would work something out, asked if I was financing with them, and call me right back. He did but only took $400 off the “service charges.” We went back and forth and I continued to express concern while being firm but polite. He asked what number I wanted to be at and said the advertised price as that seemed fair and honest and we could work from there. We went around a little bit but basically said it was work that they had done and couldn’t remove any of it so there was nothing he could do. He even had the audacity to tell me that Ziegler likes being upfront and transparent about its prices. When he realized I wasn’t going to purchase the vehicle from a dealer who behaved this way, the friendliness went away and he said a manager would reach out the next morning. I told him I would be writing a review and posting it so that everyone knew how Ziegler treats its customers. I returned the car in the morning, a manager never reached out, and I will never do business with any Ziegler dealer ever again. More
