I found what I wanted very quickly but financial dept <-1 I knew and found the vehicle that I was going to purchase very quickly. Within 15 mins. After haggling with the management, I did make the decision I knew and found the vehicle that I was going to purchase very quickly. Within 15 mins. After haggling with the management, I did make the decision to purchase the vehicle that afternoon. NEW 2018 Honda CR-V. Black. I contacted the sales rep and asked him to please clean and detail the vehicle, as I would take delivery that evening after work. He said that of course he would. When I arrived, the vehicle was washed. However, that was the extent to which it was cleaned. Water spots everywhere, ALL widows were very bad with places that the stickers were and smudges, hand prints etc. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the way that this was handled and I am not the only person with this issue. My father purchased a new Ridgeline, a few months ago. Unfortunately, this was exactly the same case. He came in to take delivery, after asking the sales associate to please detail the vehicle before pick up. As in my case, all they did was merely wash it quickly. The same issues were present then and are still prominent in your dealership. Disappointing at best. This needs and should be addressed with the staff. More
Blown fuse diagnostic cost $225 Brought car in to have a new key reprogrammed. Was told that key cannot be programmed. Must purchase new Honda key. That key didn’t work either. Turns Brought car in to have a new key reprogrammed. Was told that key cannot be programmed. Must purchase new Honda key. That key didn’t work either. Turns out, just a fuse was blown and the original key worked. I paid $225 to diagnose a blown fuse. That blows my mind. Sam said “it took the mechanic a few hours to diagnose and that the mechanic actually wanted more time than I was billed”. What a line. A couple hours for a fuse? No thanks. Won’t be back. More
Worst service ever. I wouldn’t even recommend it to an enem I bought the insurance on my car which is expensive and covers hardly anything. I had my car towed in and of course it wasn’t covered by the “insuran I bought the insurance on my car which is expensive and covers hardly anything. I had my car towed in and of course it wasn’t covered by the “insurance “ they sold me. The parts weren’t covered either and it s almost a full week and they don’t have the car repaired yet. Never ever will I buy a car or send it back there for repairs. Worst service ever!!!!! More

Jesse in my personal opinion represents the company very well by being professional, friendly, very helpful, and stayed in contact with me for throughout the process. Craig and Matt did everything they could for me as well and I appreciate that very much! There were a few mix ups in between but I honestly can say I really enjoyed doing my business here and I would most definitely recommend anyone to feel very comfortable purchasing a vehicle here!! Purchased a used and a new car! Came in to purchased a used car for my daughter and ended up with a new Honda Accord for myself! Gracie was very patient and answered all my questions. She also walked through all the vehicle features for my daughter, and talked safety. There was no pressure or push on me when I asked to test an Accord. I ended up buying a 2018 after driving it and loving it. My daughter was thrilled with her new car, and I am thrilled with my new Accord. The finance portion was quick and easy too. Thanks Gracie and Racine Honda! More
