John was friendly and knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Unfortunately our age difference made it hard to relate. Felt like just a number instead of a customer. I was greeted by everyone at the service drive as soon as I pulled in. But I was help by Prince Jones and the service manager, Johnny this go around. Interactions were cold both on the phone and in person. I initiated everything. Trying to talk to people was like pulling teeth. Walked into the main entrance one night and in one room there were 15ish gentlemen being goofy and giving off the vibe of arrogance and intimidation. Not a good experience. More
