First all when you make an appointment they don’t tell us how long it gonna take for oil change. So when you go there for service wait an hour still car not done yet. When I talk to service rep he said it sh how long it gonna take for oil change. So when you go there for service wait an hour still car not done yet. When I talk to service rep he said it should be done in 30 minutes. So my question is how long does it take for oil change. Because I made an appointment so I can get done quicker and on time so I don’t have to wait so much. Thank you! More

If you’re planning on going in for paint work from the recommended body shop find another place. Nothing but headaches from this place. Went in for a minor rock chip repair was told it was going to look b recommended body shop find another place. Nothing but headaches from this place. Went in for a minor rock chip repair was told it was going to look brand new when I picked it up looked like they just used black nail polish to fill in the chip. Brought the car in on a Wednesday and didn’t get done till the following Tuesday. Although I didn’t have to pay for the work cause it was unsatisfactory still the hassle that it was was not worth my time. Use someone else. More
