Almost every time I called in I spoke with CJ, who was consistently rude and never called me back, I had to track her down. Finally worked with Zack who seemed decent. Amis in finance was the best, however, couldn’t do a whole lot as it wasn’t his department. Finally got to pick my car up today and they left me with 7 miles until empty in gas... I barely made it to the gas station down the block. We have purchased two cars from Racine Honda. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again. More

Service I had a battery light go on when I called to see if there was availability to have my vehicle serviced. When I got there I was told what they thought I had a battery light go on when I called to see if there was availability to have my vehicle serviced. When I got there I was told what they thought the problem was and how much it would be. When I asked about another service, I was given a quote. It was for a transmission service. When I asked if it was the whole service, Brian told me no and that there was actually 3 different things that should be done. However he was only going to do what I asked for. Which surprised me because usually the common theme is that an up sell for service is what I expected. This was not the case. I was pleased that he cared about what I could afford and not what he wanted to sell to me. He also saw that I had a recall for the vehicle which was also taken care of. Overall, I ended up paying over $1200 and had 5 different things fixed. Super happy with everything. Well done!! More
