“Warning Be careful” I went to this dealer to buy a truck and after I check and drive the truck I decide to buy it, And I start to negotiate the price ask for the price out the door I was Expecting see truck and after I check and drive the truck I decide to buy it, And I start to negotiate the price ask for the price out the door I was Expecting see the asking price plus the normal fees, taxes, plates, doc fees, Tittle, and I notice almost $4000 in extra products like protections and one in particular the “LoJack”and I told my sales consultant the I want this truck am agree with the price I just don’t want any extra stuff, long story short, the manager came to me and I told him the I want the truck but I don’t want any extra product or protection, and he try to Convince me the I need this extra stuff, I was ending offering him $300 in top of the asking price plus all the fees except the “lojack” because it was $1000 jut for that, and he was ending the deal, because I refuse to pay for something the I don’t want, because is useless, I don’t want an app can told me the I need to replace my batterie or track my miles because every car in the word has that in the dash for free, at the end i Walk out with no keys, this needs to stop I offer more than the asking price and I don’t get the truck, and he look at me mad, am sure the not a lot of people refuse to but unnecessary products jut to think the all this it was before even went to the financial office where they offer so many products like extended warranty, is just crazy the you need to pay at least $1000 for something the I call a (scam) just to get the deal done, My name is Jesus Velazquez And i just wanted to warning you check your paper in the dealer they charge you so muck money in unnecessary products just because you want to buy a car, My sales consultant Djamal Oucif it was great very nice guys, but overall is nothing in his hands is the sales manager how say yes or not Again Careful check your out the door price and if you don’t want something say something, this needs to stop More
