After a long absence, I decided to give this dealership another visit and I was not disappointed. My service advisor kept me in the loop, made suggestions, did not over sell me on other items and provided another visit and I was not disappointed. So I bought a pre-owned Hyundai Tucson over 2 months ago and I had a "We owe" for the missing part on the driver's side rear mirror. At the time of the sale I was told by the sales person that General Manag and I had a "We owe" for the missing part on the driver's side rear mirror. At the time of the sale I was told by the sales person that General Manager handles those and he can't tell when it will done. Well I waited for over a month and contacted him. He said he is checking and will get back to me. That has been about 4 weeks ago, I guess he is still checking... Sent a message a few days ago and no answer. It's funny how it takes months to get the part from them when if they just go to the Hyundai dealer they can get it in a week. I guess they just don't give a sh...t and have no intentions of following though on their promises. Once the deal is done and signed, sales person got his commissions, nobody cares about their promises. Find another dealer to do business with. Sonata Bartkus More
