As a returning Nissan owner, I made an appointment to see a used Rogue 35 miles away, only to find they had shipped it out to be detailed after talking to Caryn that very morning. It was identical to mine bu a used Rogue 35 miles away, only to find they had shipped it out to be detailed after talking to Caryn that very morning. It was identical to mine but two years newer and 30k fewer miles. An hour later it came back and they quoted my car $6000 under kbb and said take it or leave it that’s what it’s going to be. They wanted me to pay $15k with my trade in! ZERO negotiation from Finance department. I feel bad for Antoine my Sales Associate—he was wonderful! What kind of dealership doesn’t even negotiate on price? Finance actually said, “we aren’t worried about there being a shortage of inventory.” DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Lastly, don’t show me a Dealer Certified car that has a mirror cracked into 17 pieces! I question their certification... was it also in an accident? More

Be up front about the pricing of the vehicles on the lot. If you're going to sell used vehicles of brands other than the ones you're capable of certifying, offer a warranty for them. If someone catches you in a lie, for example lying about an oil change that hadn't been done yet, own it. Don't try to make excuses and say that they may not have reset the oil life on the car, it clearly wasn't done. More

I have mixed feelings about the service I received at Ziegler Nissan in Orland. To be perfectly honest, I would say service satisfaction was 50/50. The worse experience was when I waited almost 3 hours Ziegler Nissan in Orland. To be perfectly honest, I would say service satisfaction was 50/50. The worse experience was when I waited almost 3 hours just to close a deal with the Finance Officer. I was done in 15 minutes because no finance was needed because I walked in with a check paid in full! It was a long day already for me and the have to wait that long was ridiculous. Overall the manage Sam tried to console me along with the fairly new young salesperson. I appreciate those two guys for trying to keep me calm and at ease. However the negotiation were intense. Overall I purchased the vehicle. More

I did research online for the exact car I wanted. Ziegler had it. I drove an hour from Northwest Indiana. Although I liked the car I originally went there to look at, which was a 2021 Altima, I fell Ziegler had it. I drove an hour from Northwest Indiana. Although I liked the car I originally went there to look at, which was a 2021 Altima, I fell in love with a burnt orange, sporty Maxima. My salesman, Grant Wright, did a great job. He was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly throughout the whole process. I sometimes cringe going to car dealerships because I don’t want to be pressured to buy something then regret it later. Grant was not like that. I believe he genuinely wanted me to find the perfect car for me. He got me a good price and a great interest rate. I would highly recommend him! The finance manager, Michael, was also great. More

They did not honor the price for car advertised on cars.com, Said new brakes, tires, they wanted to charge extra...then tried selling me a handful of useless protection packages...very dissappointed!! cars.com, Said new brakes, tires, they wanted to charge extra...then tried selling me a handful of useless protection packages...very dissappointed!!!
