I would give them a zero if that was an option. They wrote something totally different on the work order than what I told them the problem was. I couldn't get thru to the service department by ph They wrote something totally different on the work order than what I told them the problem was. I couldn't get thru to the service department by phone. I had to drive back up there just to tell them how I wanted them to move forward and was told they wouldn't do a transmission fluid change without charging me another $300.00. The mechanic said I need a new transmission and the car drove fine just with the updates. I don't trust them. I feel that the staff is very unprofessional. More
