Kevin from the service department was great as usual repairing my car in one day. I am disgusted though by Zeigler charging a 3% service charge for using a credit card to pay. The majority of car repairs are an amount that the average person cannot pay in cash so to penalize car owners for needing to use credit while already making a healthy profit on repairs is unconscionable. The used car sales manager, Zach gave me a fair offer for my trade-in. No haggling needed. The finance rep kept everything simple. Whole process was a breeze.
