The service gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and did his job. The two things that happened when I came back to pick up the car is there was nobody in the service area not for over 15 minutes I l and did his job. The two things that happened when I came back to pick up the car is there was nobody in the service area not for over 15 minutes I left loaner and went out to get my car after paying my bill. That was the other thing extremely disappointed that you’re charging 3% for credit cards, especially in light of how much service repair bills are. Now that my car has 60,000 miles I just may need to find someplace else to get it serviced. More
