Subaru screwed me over and charged me full price of what I was supposed to pay, I had to wait 5-7 business days to get my 2600 back in my account. The technicians and the coordinator who serviced my car were fine. This dealership, however, tricked my (now) ex into trading in his almost-paid-off car, and signing a loan that he didn't understand. It w were fine. This dealership, however, tricked my (now) ex into trading in his almost-paid-off car, and signing a loan that he didn't understand. It was obvious that he didn't understand what was going on, and he had no idea of the size of the loan. The salesperson was in the room when he called me and gave me inaccurate information about the loan they were offering. NO ONE CORRECTED THE ERRONEOUS INFORMATION HE WAS TELLING ME. He signed away the almost paid off car- with low mileage and in near perfect condition- for much less than it was worth (they were almost 5000 less than what the blue book value was) and got him to sign for a loan he clearly didn't understand. When I tried to find out what was happened later that day, the manager we talked to smugly said that the transaction was finalized and there was no recourse. Of course, adults are certainly allowed to sign contracts they don't understand- it was legally done, but it was just about the shadiest, most predatory transaction I have ever seen from a so-called legitimate business. This dealership is the absolute definition of why car dealerships are stereotyped as predatory, shark-like businesses. I wouldn't trust them to sell a 99 cent burrito, much less a car. If negative stars were an option, I would give them a negative 5. More

I had been having recurring issues with my car. The most recent time I brought it in, they took the time to recreate the issue for a couple days until they got a proper read of the problem. I’m sure it was frustrating for everyone that we couldn’t pinpoint it the first few times, but they kept on it and made it right. More
