Purchased a Certified Gold 2021 Camry Hybrid by Brad Neuendorf. Purchase was swift and incomplete. I was not provided an inspection sheet of vehicle upon purchase, no secondary key, and was told it was Neuendorf. Purchase was swift and incomplete. I was not provided an inspection sheet of vehicle upon purchase, no secondary key, and was told it was good to go. Next morning after purchasing the vehicle, the driver side headlight would not turn on. Took car in to local dealership and they stated the assembly bracket to the headlight was broken and would not be covered under warranty. Brad did not return any emails or phone calls about this issue. Multiple managers told me “You signed purchase vehicle as is” and refused to cover the headlight replacement. Overall I was sold a vehicle with a malfunctioning headlight and told it was street safe and legal. I have now foot the bill for $2300 in necessary repairs. This dealership should not be a certified Toyota dealership, and should be avoided at all costs. More
I loved buying my new (to me) Rav4 from Ziegler Toyota this past weekend. Wyatt and Brad were fun to work with, provided me with education and understood I really needed a new car ASAP due to some safety this past weekend. Stopped Friday to check out the Captiva. Was told by Mark that it was coming in the following week when new vehicle arrived and was assured he would call as soon as it came in. Offered to put money down to hold, etc. but was told it was not possible. Checked website today and noticed it now had photos so messaged Mark that I would stop in later and he said he would be able to move car off the lot for later. Again, asked if I could put money down and was told no. I then decided to come down right away, messaged Mark and he said someone was test driving. 5 minutes later it was apparently sold. Talked to sales manager, he gave a slightly different story on availability. Told him again I would have purchased sight unseen, he said who would do that? CarMax, Carvana, many online dealers sell that way. Car still shows as available online. Very unprofessional overall - super shady. Definitely would not recommend. More
