We made an appointment to look at a vehicle and Steve Hibbing came right outside to greet us when we arrived. He was very friendly and professional throughout the process. The only part that took time was to get through the final financial part and signing the papers because the couple before us needed extra help and the fact that they helped them with their transaction was a good thing. In the meantime the dealership was very apologetic and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable during our wait. Once our turn came, Sophia was excellent.
