Two days in a row terrible service. Your dealership has screwed me twice. First when I purchased my new 2017 Toyota. Second, he took in the car for his scheduled oil change before going back to college. No oil change was done just an inspection. Called the manager to see when the last oil change was done (mileage) was told to bring the car back for the oil change. Wife returned to the dealer immediately and was again denied the oil change.
