Nice vehicle, long wait, nice staff We bought a Jeep Wrangler, and for not being the type of car for this dealership it went smoothly. He helped with understanding and finishing the paperwork we needed and got us to the people who we needed to talk to. Very awesome person and we need more salesmen like him! The process was very long (5 hours!) but it was smooth more the less. Overall happy with the outcome but could be less time and maybe more of a smoother process! More

As always, honest and accommodating I unexpectedly had a flat tire. Since I bought my tires from Racine Toyota I called to request service. The Service Center rep said that while they we I unexpectedly had a flat tire. Since I bought my tires from Racine Toyota I called to request service. The Service Center rep said that while they were completely booked for Saturday she was positive I could just come in and I would be taken care of. And that is exactly what happened! They were able to plug the hole (it was an imbedded screw) and I was done in 30 mins. I can't say enough about your excellent customer service. Thank you! More

Chuck was helpful and personable as we conducted the car buying. Racine Toyota was the third dealership we visited. We were impresssed by the professionalism from the moment we walked on the lot. So glad we stopped! Chuck seemed to be someone who crosses his t’s and dots his i’s, every single one, in salesmanship and customer service. We were very comfortable working with him.
