I knew that I needed a new battery, but was advised there were other things that needed attention for overall perf Racine . . the best service ever! Was lead to believe price was msrp but dealer had marked up price 1800 for so called paint and fabric protector then added 4 k for market adjustment and 1200 for dealer fee after price was quoted. Then hold it hostage when you ask for it back to leave.. High pressure sales tactics and they will follow you out the door. More

This dealership is a total scam! The price listed on-line is not the price they honor. They retrospectively tac on money for work they performed on the vehicle without giving the customer an option, and it c is not the price they honor. Specifically what they call the “Z-finish”, for which they stated was already done pre-test drive and would add $2500 to my final cost of the vehicle. Steer clear of this place, it’s under new ownership and so far things don’t appear to be going well! Also, when I arrived for my scheduled test drive the car wouldn’t start, dead battery, on a car that was supposedly test drove four days prior. Huge concern and red flag on the upkeep of the vehicles on their lot, and I would have thought for a scheduled appointment the car would have been at the front door and ready to drive. Steer clear of this place! More
