CJ worked with me day of to ensure the transaction went as easily and smoothly as possible, and multiple other members of the team touched base with me via text/phone multiple times to ensure I was getting the right car for me and answering any/all questions I had leading into when I came to swap out cars. I was lied to about I had to mandatory purchase a cleaning warranty and a low jack purchase. When I told finance rep that I wanted to reject the purchase she told me I had no chose but to opt in for cleaning warranty and a low jack purchase. When I told finance rep that I wanted to reject the purchase she told me I had no chose but to opt in for the price totaling almost $2,500 that I don’t need. I will not want anyone going through what I went through on top of it I wanted a limited model end of settling for the one that is pricing the same at least give me a sunroof that I initially wanted. A lot more I can say. More
